2. Object
This Legal Notice establishes the rules of access, navigation and use of the Website and Application. However, access to certain content and the use of certain services may be subject to certain special conditions, which will be clearly displayed and must be expressly accepted by users (hereinafter, “User” or “Users”). These particular conditions may replace, complete or, as the case may be, modify those established in this Legal Notice.

Through the Web Site the User may, but not limited to, carry out the following actions:

- Proceed to the purchase of the products offered;
- Obtain information about social networks;
- Contact Piano Salsa through the contact form or e-mail;

4. Access and registration
Access to the contents of the Website and Application is completely free of charge. However, there are certain Premium or paid contents whose access is limited to those Users who have made the corresponding payment to be beneficiaries of such content.

Likewise, in the event that any User or third party considers that any of the contents of the Website or Application owned by Piano Salsa violates their intellectual, industrial or any other kind of property rights, he/she must send a communication to soporte@pianosalsa.com with the following information:
- Identification data and means of contact of the claimant or his/her legal representative.

- Detailed account of the rights allegedly infringed by Piano Salsa, as well as their exact location within the Website or Application.

7. Rules for use of the Web Site and Application
It is not permitted, and therefore the consequences will be the sole responsibility of the User, to access or use the Website or Application for illegal or unauthorized purposes, whether for profit or not. In particular, and without the following list having a limiting character, it is prohibited:

Consequently, Piano Salsa does not guarantee and is not responsible for:

- The absence of viruses or other harmful components on the Web Site or Application or the server that provides it.
- The invulnerability of the Website or Application or the impossibility of breaching the security measures adopted for the same.
- The lack of usefulness or performance of the contents of the Website or Application.
- The damages caused, to himself or to a third party, by any person who infringes the conditions, rules and instructions that Piano Salsa establishes, or through the violation of security systems.
Nevertheless, Piano Salsa declares that it has taken all necessary measures, within its possibilities and the state of the art, to ensure the operation of the Website and to minimize system errors, both from a technical point of view and in terms of the contents published on the Website or Application.
Piano Salsa is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information contained on other platforms to which the Website or Application links. Piano Salsa shall not be liable for any damages that may arise from the use of such information.
Piano Salsa shall not be liable for causes beyond its control, including but not limited to: force majeure, internet access problems, technological problems beyond Piano Salsa's reasonable and diligent management, actions or omissions of third parties, etc. In all the above mentioned cases, beyond the control and due diligence of Piano Salsa, Piano Salsa shall not be liable to compensate the User for damages, to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension of the Website or Application
Piano Salsa reserves the right to suspend, modify, restrict or interrupt, either temporarily or permanently, the access, navigation, use, hosting and/or downloading of the content and/or use of services of the Website or Application, with or without prior notice, to Users who contravene any of the provisions detailed in this Legal Notice, without the possibility for the User to demand any compensation for this cause.
10. Data Protection
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, all personal data collected during the use of the Website will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, which every User must expressly accept in the event of providing personal data through the Website or Application.
11. General
The headings of the different clauses are only informative, and shall not affect, qualify or expand the interpretation of this Legal Notice. Likewise, Piano Salsa may modify the conditions stipulated herein, totally or partially, by publishing any change in the same form in which this legal notice appears or through any type of communication addressed to the Users.
The temporary validity of this Legal Notice coincides, therefore, with the time of its exposure, until it is totally or partially modified, at which time the modified Legal Notice will become effective.
Piano Salsa may terminate, suspend or interrupt, at any time and without prior notice, access to the contents of the Web Site or Application, without the possibility for the User to claim any compensation. After such termination, the prohibitions of use of the contents set forth above in this Legal Notice shall remain in force.
In the event that any provision of this legal notice is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, by any Court, Tribunal or competent administrative body, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions of this legal notice.
The failure of Piano Salsa to exercise or enforce any right or condition contained in this legal notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by Piano Salsa.
12. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy in the interpretation and/or application of the Legal Notice or the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, the competent Courts shall be those provided by the applicable legal regulations.
