As a novelty this week we have the montuno of great success of the orchestra Tromboranga, “Que Linda Que Estás” composed by Joaquín Arteaga and belongs to the album Sangre Sudor y Salsa (2016).
The song is in the key of 2-3 and in the key of E Minor. It starts with a pachanga rhythm in the first part, but transforms into salsa when it reaches the montuno.
It has a harmony that departs from traditional patterns but has a spicy rhythm that is contagious. The piano in this song is the brainchild of Rafa Madagascar who also recorded the entire album.
You will find it together with its PDF and MP3 for practice in the PRACTICING MONTUNOS section of the MEDIUM LEVEL. https://pianosalsa.com/course/basic-medium-es/
