These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between ENCLAVE MUSIC WORKS S.L., hereinafter referred to as PIANO SALSA, and users who purchase products or services through the website.

The contractual relationship is governed by applicable Spanish and European legislation, including, among others, Spanish Law 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contracting Conditions; Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users; Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR); and Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

PIANO SALSA may amend these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary. The version applicable to each purchase shall be the version in force at the time the purchase is made.

PIANO SALSA primarily provides online music education courses and digital content, including videos, sheet music, PDF files, exercises, backing tracks and other materials related to piano, salsa and Latin music.

The digital products purchased are made available to customers through online access via the relevant platform.

The user declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity required to enter into a contract.

By completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and the information relating to the product purchased.

Before making a purchase, the user will be able to view the essential characteristics of the product, its contents, access conditions and applicable final price.

Courses may include, among other things:

• Video lessons.
• Sheet music and PDF files.
• Exercises and educational materials.
• Backing Tracks and MP3 files.
• Tutorials and additional content.

The content, structure, number of lessons and materials may be updated or expanded with new content where indicated in the product description.

All content is created, produced and/or licensed for PIANO SALSA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product description, courses purchased from PIANO SALSA provide lifetime access, with no subscription fees or recurring payments.

Access is personal and non-transferable and is intended exclusively for the user who made the purchase.

PIANO SALSA may take appropriate measures to prevent fraudulent use, unauthorised sharing, distribution of content or shared access.

Access to digital content is provided electronically and, unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical medium will be supplied.

All prices are stated in euros (€).

The final applicable price will be the price displayed during the checkout process before the order is confirmed and will include any taxes legally applicable.

Where a special offer or promotion is available, the applicable price and, where appropriate, its validity period will be clearly indicated.

PIANO SALSA may modify prices and promotions at any time. Such changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

To make a purchase, the user must select the desired product, provide the requested information, choose a payment method and confirm the order.

Once the purchase has been successfully completed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address.

PIANO SALSA may offer, among others, the following payment methods:

Payment by Credit or Debit Card

Card payments are processed through secure payment providers and platforms.

Full card details are entered directly into the secure environment of the payment provider and PIANO SALSA does not store customers' full payment card details.

Payment transactions are carried out using secure connections and encryption systems.

Payment via PayPal

Customers may pay through PayPal when this payment method is available.

Payment is processed directly through the PayPal platform, and PIANO SALSA does not have access to the customer's bank or card details used through PayPal.

Use of PayPal is subject to PayPal's own terms and conditions.

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, PIANO SALSA may provide the customer with access to the digital product purchased.

Contractual performance begins when access to the digital content is enabled.

For certain products, access may be provided immediately after payment has been confirmed.

The customer must have an Internet connection and compatible devices in order to access the content.

Under consumer protection legislation, consumers generally have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal in distance contracts, subject to the exceptions established by law.

However, in the case of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance has begun, provided that:

• The consumer has given their express prior consent for performance to begin during the withdrawal period.
• The consumer has acknowledged that they will lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins.
• PIANO SALSA has provided confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

This exception may apply, among other things, to online courses, videos, sheet music, PDF files, MP3 files, backing tracks and other digital content supplied electronically.

Accordingly, before access to the digital content is activated, the customer may be presented with a specific checkbox during the checkout process to provide consent and acknowledge the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights, PIANO SALSA voluntarily offers an additional partial-refund policy.

The customer may request this refund within 30 calendar days from the date on which access to the product is activated, by sending an email to:

The subject line must state:

“Refund – [order reference]”

The request must include the order reference and briefly explain the reason for the request.

Where the request meets the conditions of this commercial refund policy, PIANO SALSA may issue a refund of 25% of the amount actually paid for the product.

The remaining 75% will not be refunded under this commercial policy, taking into account that the customer has received access to digital content and material protected by intellectual property rights, including videos, sheet music, PDF files, exercises and/or MP3 files.

This partial-refund policy is voluntary and additional and does not limit or replace any statutory rights available to consumers, including rights relating to lack of conformity, breach of contract or other rights provided by applicable law.

PIANO SALSA guarantees that digital content and services will be supplied in accordance with the characteristics and conditions presented to the consumer.

In the event of a lack of conformity of the digital content or service, the consumer may exercise the rights available to them under applicable legislation.

Where technically possible, PIANO SALSA may request information from the customer regarding the issue in order to attempt to resolve it.

All content available through PIANO SALSA, including videos, texts, sheet music, transcriptions, photographs, graphics, PDF files, MP3 files, backing tracks, exercises, designs and other materials, is protected by intellectual property legislation.

Purchasing a course grants the customer a personal right to access and use the content for private learning and educational purposes.

Without the express authorisation of PIANO SALSA, the following are prohibited:

• Copying or reproducing content for commercial purposes.
• Distributing, selling or sharing content.
• Publishing content on the Internet or social media.
• Sharing account credentials.
• Reselling or transferring access to another person.
• Using the content to create competing products or courses.

PIANO SALSA will review complaints received and will endeavour to provide a response as soon as reasonably possible.

Consumers may, in any event, exercise any rights available to them before the competent authorities and through any legally established dispute-resolution mechanisms.

PIANO SALSA may update, modify, expand or reorganise course content where necessary to improve the service.

Such modifications will not affect rights legally acquired by customers.

PIANO SALSA may temporarily suspend access to the platform for technical, maintenance, security or force majeure reasons, and will endeavour to restore the service as soon as reasonably possible.

PIANO SALSA shall not be liable for interruptions or access problems caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including Internet connection problems, customer devices, third-party services, force majeure or external technical incidents.

This limitation shall apply only within the limits permitted by applicable law and shall not affect any mandatory consumer rights.

Users' personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Organic Law 3/2018 and other applicable legislation.

Information regarding the processing of personal data is set out in PIANO SALSA's Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply to customers according to their country or place of residence.

Where the customer qualifies as a consumer, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law. This clause shall not constitute a waiver of any jurisdictional rights granted to consumers by applicable legislation.

Where the customer does not qualify as a consumer, the parties may submit disputes to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction under applicable law and, where legally permissible, to the courts of Barcelona, Spain.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 4 August 2026.

PIANO SALSA may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary to reflect legal, technological or commercial changes. The version applicable to each purchase shall be the version published on the website at the time of purchase, without prejudice to rights already acquired by customers.
