A great hit of the maestro Willie Rosario, known worldwide as Mr. Afin who, this May celebrated his 100th birthday.

The song was originally titled “Agua Que Cae del Cielo”, a composition by the great Adalberto Álvarez, and was arranged by José Madera for Willie Rosario y su Orquesta, who finally decided to publish it under the title “Lluvia”. It can be found on the album “Nuevos Horizontes” (1984) on the Bronco Records label. It is in 3-2 clave, in the key of B Minor and the montuno has a structure of 8 measures.
